| The principle of "openness,equality,competition,and selection of the best" is an important method for the competitive selection of talents by Chinese government agencies.Strong talents.After several reforms and development,our country has gradually formed a relatively mature operating procedures and methods for the examination of civil servants.The determination of the post of the recruitment test for the civil service is the most fundamental part of the examination work for the civil service,which is directly related to the quality of the employer’s selection and the right of most candidates to apply for the examination.According to the Civil Servant Law and the Regulations on the Employment of Civil Servants,the employer shall carefully study and formulate the eligibility conditions for the examination according to the needs of the post,and set reasonable qualifications such as academic qualifications,majors,political outlook,and work experience.The recruitment agency fully listens to the opinions of the employer,seeks truth from facts,scientifically and accurately examines the job conditions,and continuously optimizes the job conditions.At present,the setting of post conditions in the recruitment of civil servants has played an excessive role in screening,and there are still many imperfections that need to be optimized urgently.This paper studies the current situation and policies of the job information setting for civil servants recruited by civil servants in S City A District,combined with the job list of the past ten years,and deeply understands the situation through questionnaires and interviews,and finds that the job information setting is arbitrary,the setting conditions are too restrictive,the setting of targeted posts is too much,and the civil service team is unbalanced.Analyze the reasons from the perspective of imperfect laws and regulations on the recruitment of civil servants,imperfect setting mechanisms,different principles for recruiting organs and employers,and various deficiencies after the setting of post conditions,combined with the theory of human resources in the public sector,the competency model,and the theoretical demonstration of job matching,it is proposed to optimize the path of setting up post conditions in the recruitment of civil servants in terms of improving the laws and regulations on the recruitment of civil servants,strengthening the work level of the recruitment department,balancing the fairness and scientific nature of the job setting,and dynamically adjusting the job conditions.Through the optimization of the qualification conditions for the position,it not only ensures that candidates have equal opportunities to apply for the examination,but also ensures that the recruited civil servants can be competent for the positions of the employer,and the quality of civil servant recruitment is improved. |
