The employment problem of college graduates is related to the stability and development of society,and solving the employment problem of laborers with college students as the main group has always been a topic of greatest concern to the country and society.Employment legal literacy is an important aspect to measure and improve the quality of employment.While focusing on solving the employment problem of college students,it is also necessary to pay attention to the improvement of the employment legal literacy of college students.The legal literacy of college students’ employment has an important impact on improving the quality of college students’ employment,enhancing the stability of employment,and promoting the formation of college students’ employment values.Based on the current situation of College Students’ employment legal literacy,this study sets up a questionnaire from the three dimensions of employment legal knowledge,employment legal awareness and employment legal education,and uses SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the data.The results show that college students lack of legal knowledge about employment;Lack of right consciousness and contract consciousness;The form of employment law education is relatively single,lacking effectiveness.The law education in Colleges and universities needs to be strengthened and the way needs to be innovated;There are significant differences between gender,school level and employment legal knowledge,employment legal consciousness,and between grade and employment legal knowledge;Employment legal knowledge,employment legal awareness,and employment legal education have a significant positive impact on employment legal literacy.According to the survey results,the research clarifies the problems of College Students’ Employment Legal Literacy: lack of employment legal knowledge;Lack of legal awareness of employment;Lack of legal ability.According to the current situation and existing problems of college students’ employment legal literacy,this paper analyzes the causes of the lack of college students’ employment legal literacy: the imperfect national employment legal guarantee system,the imperfect employment legal education in colleges and universities,and the lack of college students’ understanding and training of employment legal literacy.Accordingly,this study puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the legal literacy of employment of college students from the three levels of the country,colleges and universities and college students themselves.First of all,the state should strengthen the construction of the rule of law in the employment of college students: improve legislation,strengthen the construction of the legal system for employment of college students;broaden the channels for the protection of employment rights and interests of college students,and strengthen social security;build a safe employment environment and create a good atmosphere for the rule of law.Secondly,colleges and universities should improve the education of the rule of law in employment: enhance the understanding of the importance of education of the rule of law in employment for college students,innovate the way of education of the rule of law in employment,and enhance the professionalism of the teaching staff.Finally,college students should change their concepts and actively accept employment law education: strengthen the study of employment law knowledge,enhance employment law awareness and legal belief,and promote the concept of using law to protect rights.
