Research On Cultivation Of College Students’ Legal Literacy From The Perspective Of Big Data

The cultivation of college students’ legal literacy is a necessary part of the improvement of the whole nation’s legal literacy in the new era.The development of The Times requires continuous reform and innovation in the cultivation of college students’ legal literacy,so as to better fulfill the mission and responsibility entrusted by The Times.The rapid development of big data endows the cultivation of college students’ legal literacy with big data characteristics.On the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts,connotations and current problems of the cultivation of college students’ legal literacy,this paper analyzes and puts forward the cultivation path of college students’ legal literacy from the perspective of big data,which is an effective exploration of the cultivation of college students’ legal literacy and has high theoretical and practical value.To improve the cultivation of legal literacy of college students as a logical starting point,first of all,on the basis of defining the basic concepts of big data,legal literacy and legal literacy of college students,the ideological origin of the cultivation of legal literacy of college students from the perspective of big data is discussed and theoretical research is conducted.Second,with large data horizon,the value significance of the rule of law literacy cultivation to university students as a starting point,discusses the predictability of a rule of literacy cultivation to university students,high efficiency,precision and sharing new features,interpretation of the college students accumulate knowledge of law,strengthen the consciousness of the rule of law,the shape of the rule of law belief and improve the feasibility and necessity of the rule of law practice ability.Thirdly,empirical research is conducted on the effectiveness and problems of the cultivation of the rule of law literacy of current college students,and the subjective and objective reasons for the problems are elaborated.The analysis of these problems is helpful to "identify the crux and target treatment".Finally,from the construction of main land,optimizing the cultivation content,innovative cultivation methods,and to motivate the student four aspects to explore the path of the rule of law literacy cultivation to university students,in the four aspects to promote the process of rule of law literacy cultivation to university students have different effect,as a way to help from different dimensions to form resultant force to promote large data horizon,the development of the rule of law literacy cultivation to university students.Cultivation of college students’ legal literacy is an educational practice advancing with The Times.Cultivation of college students’ legal literacy in the new era should adapt to the requirements of the era of big data and strive to realize the deep integration of big data and cultivation of college students’ legal literacy.Under the guidance of Marxist standpoint,viewpoints and methods,New thinking and new teaching strategies should be adopted to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of cultivating college students’ legal literacy.
