| With the continuous development of community governance,the importance of resident autonomy has become increasingly prominent,and resident autonomy projects have gradually become an important means to drive residents to participate in community public affairs and solve community problems.From the perspective of power relations,the implementation of residents’ autonomy project is of great significance to improve residents’participation enthusiasm and improve the allocation of community power,which directly affects the results of residents’ autonomy.However,in the practical process,there are various problems in the operation of autonomous project.Existing studies have paid attention to the deficiencies in project operation,but there is still a lack of analysis of the power relations among the participants of autonomous projects.Therefore,based on the perspective of power relations,it has become the research issue of this paper to analyze the characteristics of resident autonomy projects under different operation modes and the power distribution behind them,and then point out the optimization and change path of resident autonomy power relations in the future.Project based on the autonomy of the residents’ autonomy,chose the "silver volunteer corps" and "alley chamber "community autonomy project as the research object,analyses the T and H communities facing the residents and the autonomy and their autonomy is the origin of the project,and extracted the two different mode of operation of the project:Then,the characteristics,effects,problems and values of resident autonomy projects under the two modes are summarized.The analysis model of "participator--project power" is constructed,and the setting power,execution power,supervision power and evaluation power of autonomous projects are subdivided into nine dimensions,and the roles and powers of each participator in the corresponding dimensions are compared under the two different modes.Finally,a deeper path of power relationship changes is proposed.Project based on the autonomy of the residents’ autonomy,chose the T W city community "silver volunteer corps" and "H" alley chamber "community autonomy project as the research object,analyses the T and H communities facing the residents and the autonomy and their autonomy is the origin of the project,and extracted the two different mode of operation of the project:Then,the characteristics,effects,problems and values of resident autonomy projects under the two modes are summarized.The analysis model of"participator--project power" is constructed,and the setting power,execution power,supervision power and evaluation power of autonomous projects are subdivided into nine dimensions,and the roles and powers of each participator in the corresponding dimensions are compared under the two different modes.Finally,a deeper path of power relationship changes is proposed. |
