| Under the background of the rapid development of market economy,the teaching and training industry has developed vigorously since the early 1990 s.The discipline teaching and training institutions in primary and secondary schools in China have made great progress in recent years.After school training has become an effective supplement to the in-school education of KM schools,has helped the all-round development of primary and secondary school students,and has also become one of the industries with strong development momentum in the tertiary industry.Discipline education and training institutions in primary and secondary schools are not only an important part of the education and training industry,but also the part with the largest market demand,the largest number of institutions and the heaviest regulatory responsibility.On the one hand,with the socio-economic development,the improvement of national income and the improvement of the general education level of parents,Chinese parents pay more and more attention to their children’s education.The proportion of investment in extracurricular training in the total family expenditure is also higher and higher,and the investment in education has gradually become a burden on low-income families.On the other hand,the teaching and training market is heating up,and online education has become a stage for capital to pursue profits in recent years.In the fierce competitive environment,there is a lot of chaos in teaching and training institutions,false exaggerated publicity,uneven teachers and unreasonable charges,which seriously damage the interests of consumers.The government supervision of discipline education and training institutions in primary and secondary schools has attracted extensive attention from all aspects.This paper combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,expounds the key concepts and relevant public management theories,uses the relevant theories such as market failure,public interest and information asymmetry,adopts the research methods such as literature analysis and investigation,and takes w City as an example to study the government supervision of discipline education and training institutions in primary and secondary schools.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of government supervision of discipline teaching and training institutions in primary and secondary schools in w City,analyzes the existing problems from three aspects:before,during and after,and analyzes the causes.Accordingly,this paper puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for future government supervision. |
