Analysis On The Construction Of Urban Business Government Under The New Development Concept

From the perspective of theoretical achievements,the new development concept is the latest theoretical achievement of Marx’s Sinicization,an objective demand for economic development under the new normal of my country’s economy,and a new achievement of the Chinese Communists’ exploration of my country’s economic development path over the past century.From the perspective of practical logic,the new development concept is an inevitable choice to take advantage of the socialist system,overcome the “middle-income trap” and enter high-quality development.The business environment is an important foundation for maintaining stable economic development and social stability.As an important part of the business environment,the business and government affairs environment has important practical and theoretical significance.Guided by the new development concept,this paper takes L province S city as an example to study its construction in the business and government environment,using literature research methods,field research methods,comparative analysis methods,and case studies.According to the research method,it is concluded that there are problems such as insufficient cadre service ability,lack of correspondening scientific research and judgement in policy formulation,relative lack of Human Resources,and poor communication between communities and enterprises in the business and government affairs environment of L province S city.The reasons are the incomplete transformation of government functions,the low efficiency of cadres serving the administration,the excessive awareness of the power and interests of the administrative departments,the insufficient efforts to introduce and cultivate talents,and the government’s failure to properly handle the relationship between the community and enterprises.In response to the above problems and their root causes,policies such as building an efficient service-oriented government,building a high-standard cadre service team,scientifically optimizing business policies,increasing talent training and optimization,and properly handling the relationship between the government,the community,and enterprises should be adopted.
