Research On The Optimization Of Government Functions In The Development Of Rural Tourism In Jiangba Town

With the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural tourism industry is also booming.More and more towns with rich tourism resources and great market potential attach more importance to rural tourism development and regard rural tourism industry as the pilot industry or even pillar industry of their own development.Township governments should play a vital and irreplaceable role in the development of rural tourism.However,in the development of rural tourism,there may be problems in the function of township governments,resulting in the development of rural tourism industry is not smooth,and even lead to more adverse consequences.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the problems and reasons existing in the rural tourism development of the township government,and put forward systematic and scientific countermeasures to help the township government to play and optimize its functions in the rural tourism development.Taking the functions of township government in rural tourism development as the research object,this thesis combs and analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the role of government behavior,function positioning and role play in rural tourism development,and takes Jiangba Town,Hongze District,Huai’an City,Jiangsu Province as an example.According to the basic idea of "collecting data→ putting forward problems → analysis and research → solutions",this thesis comprehensively uses the method of literature analysis Field investigation method,case study method and other research methods to understand the specific practices of the town in rural tourism development,and analyze the problems existing in the application of various functions of the town government in rural tourism development:mainly reflected in the lack of understanding of ideas,the lack of systematic planning and design,the lack of publicity and promotion,the simple management and operation mode,the single industrial development structure and so on.By further referring to the successful experience of rural tourism development practice and typical cases at home and abroad,finally,Countermeasures for optimizing the functions of township governments in rural tourism development are obtained:township governments should change traditional ideas and understanding,scientifically formulate development plans,innovate market marketing methods,improve management methods,adjust and improve industrial models,and constantly promote the development and growth of rural tourism industry.
