Research On The Government’s Response Ability To Network Public Opinions In The Public Health Emergencies

Once the network public opinion generated by public health emergencies begins to spread,it will often cause incalculable economic losses and produce far-reaching shocks in many aspects of China’s political,economic and social development.Therefore,when responding to network public opinion,government departments should respond quickly,deal with it carefully in the principle of fairness,impartiality and openness,and resolutely safeguard the interests of the people,Only in this way can we show the governing ability of the government and maintain the good image of the government in the hearts of the people.Through the research on Changchun long life fake vaccine event,using the investigation and collected data,this thesis obtains the dynamic evolution process of the event,obtains the measures taken by the government in response to public opinion of emergencies,constructs the dynamic evolution process of the government in response to network public opinion,and finally integrates the above-mentioned models and data to provide suggestions for the government to take countermeasures.This study shows that the fake vaccine incident of Changchun Changsheng company can be divided into six stages in the development of network public opinion.The phenomenon of stimulus and response exists in the perception of reality.Social contradictions and sensitivity to public opinion events will continue to increase with the development of information technology.Events related to safety in production and personal health are currently more interesting and sensitive topics for netizens,and are easy to stimulate contradictions in society.Therefore,the government should take different measures in policy construction and value guidance in combination with the suggestions of netizens,and implement effective strategies to prevent the occurrence of crisis events.On the other hand,in the face of the blind public opinion,government departments should respond in a timely,systematic and targeted manner to fully ensure the authenticity,objectivity and authority of the information.Therefore,this thesis establishes five indicators from the five aspects of unity,comprehensiveness,authority,transparency and timeliness,and summarizes the influencing factors of the indicators,a total of 11 secondary indicators to objectively evaluate the impact of network public opinion.According to the relevant analysis,the functional departments related to public opinion events should always pay attention to the attitude of the society towards public opinion events,take the initiative to collect folk opinions and the suggestions of relevant media,and form a rapid assessment and response mechanism for questioning the public health emergencies on the Internet,so as to make effective decisions and responses to the similar Changchun long-life vacation vaccine events.
