Research On The Design Of A Community Health Screening Service System For The Elderly Based On Service Contact

With the advent of the information age,the needs of users have gradually become diversified,and the public is no longer satisfied with the functions of the products,but pays more attention to the services and experiences during the use of the products.As ageing increases,models such as home care,health management and medical care integration are gradually proposed and promoted,but there is little research on the service design of health check-ups for the elderly.Therefore,based on the service contact theory,this study focuses on the research of community health check-up services for the elderly,and improves the service design and user experience through design practice.In the analysis of the problem stage.First,through the systematic study of service contact theory,sort out the relevant definitions,development history,service contact model,service contact characteristics,service contact point construction and evaluation,etc.According to the research needs of the topic,the service system model is used to analyse the stakeholders and service contact in community health check-up services for the elderly,etc.In the research related to community health check-up services,the attributes of health check-ups are clarified and the importance of service contact intervention in community health check-ups is summarised;then desktop and field research is conducted to understand the service methods and contents of community health check-ups for the elderly,and summarised and analysed to lay the relevant foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,we will conduct qualitative and quantitative research on the main dimensions of health check-ups for elderly community users,analyse the current situation and needs of elderly users’ health check-ups,summarise the dilemmas and pain points of key contact points in the current health check-up service process for elderly community users,and gain insight into the opportunities of health check-up services for elderly community users,which will serve as the direction for the design of the service system.Finally,on the basis of the preliminary research,the user role model is constructed,the design scenario closure loop is defined,the health check-up service contact is sorted out through the service process,the key contact points before,during and after the check-up are analysed and evaluated so that the functional design of the hardware and software products for the corresponding contact points can be summarised,and the health check-up service system design strategy is proposed on this basis.In order to make the service process more complete and smooth,the stakeholder model,system diagram and service blueprint of community health check-ups are further optimised,analysed and improved.Based on the preliminary research and analysis,from the perspective of service system design,the key contact points design practice was carried out according to the service contact design strategy,the design of the community health check-up machine and its interactive interface,the online health check-up APP and other service elements were optimized,the product functional framework was built,the complete design practice from interface prototype to visual design and usability testing was completed,and the community health check-up service was made more in line with the elderly user experience.This study combines theory and practice: in terms of theory,the introduction of service contact into the design of community health check-up services for the elderly is a new attempt in the field of health check-up services for the elderly.In terms of design practice,based on the preliminary research and theoretical analysis,the design practice of key contact points for community health check-up services for the elderly is completed,providing reference cases for the design of similar health check-up services and health management services.This study proposes the optimisation of community health check-up services from the perspective of service contact theory,but there are still some shortcomings: due to the limitations of objective factors such as the new crown epidemic,there are limitations in the research data to represent all current community service models;secondly,the data collected in this study is not sufficient to validate the effectiveness of the design practice products,and there is still room for further optimisation in terms of validation methods and data There is still room for further optimisation of the validation methods and data.
