Research On The Development Of Cpc Members During The Period Of Total Anti-japanese War

During the period of the All-out War of Resistance against Japanese aggression,the organizations of the Communist Party of China at all levels achieved unprecedented tremendous development.From the eve of the Marco Polo Bridge Incident to the victory of the Seventh National Congress of the CPC,the number of party members increased from more than 40,000 to more than 1.21 million,which provided organizational guarantee for the implementation of the party’s line,principles and policies during the period of total Anti-Japanese War and the victory of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.This paper tries to discuss the development strategy and consolidation policy of CPC members during the period of total Anti-Japanese War,and summarizes the historical experience and existing problems in its development,in order to provide beneficial inspiration for the development of CPC members today.In order to fulfill its central political task,the CPC needs to rapidly increase its strength and expand its influence,under such a request,the party opened up for party membership qualification strictly limited,through a series of strategy development of party members,in a short time,realize the great development of the party organizations,party members the number has increased dramatically.But at the same time,it also makes a group of people who do not meet the standards of party members into the party,affecting the stability of the Party organization.Faced with this situation,the CPC Central Committee made a timely decision to consolidate the Party,so that the development of party members changed from a large number of new development to generally no new development,and began to consolidate the Party,and the policy of party member development realized a great change.Since then,the party’s organizational line and ideological line have been unified through the adjustment of party members’ development policy,continuous education of party members,strict examination of the organization and the ideological reform movement of Yan ’an Rectification.Through the research on the development of CPC members during the period of total Anti-Japanese War,we can see that the development of CPC members in this period has achieved great achievements,but there are also some problems.However,all of these provide some reference for the development of party members in the new era,and inspire us to resist the tendency of idealism and the whole people to join the Party,formulate the conditions for party membership according to the needs of the Party’s practice,and at the same time,continue to carry out ideological and political education activities and build a systematic and complete inner-party supervision system.Through these measures,we will be more powerful in the new era,will also enable the Party to stand on the previous peak of continuous sublation,more great,glorious and correct.
