According to the Supervision Law,it is an important duty of the Supervisory Commission to provide integrity education to public officials,and the supervisory organs have carried out various forms of integrity education practices,but there is a lack of academic combing and theoretical summary of the duties of the Supervisory Commission on integrity education from a legal perspective.Only by further refining the legal provisions and strengthening the effectiveness of supervision and legal supervision can the supervisory committee’s responsibility for integrity education be improved and its role in preventing corruption be more fully realized.The study of the duties of the supervisory committee on integrity education is divided into four main parts: the first part is the necessity of incorporating the duties of the supervisory committee on integrity education into legal regulations.The necessity of incorporation is further divided into three parts: the need for a society under the rule of law,the need to enhance the government’s credibility,and the practical need to adapt to the prevention of corruption.The second part of the statutory content of the duties of the Supervisory Commission on Integrity Education and its analysis is mainly based on the existing laws and regulations to analyze the subjects,objects,and contents of the performance of the duties of the Supervisory Commission on Integrity Education.The third part examines the problems in the operation of the supervisory committee’s duty of integrity education,arguing that the supervisory committee’s duty of integrity education is inadequate at the three levels of legislation,supervision,and legal oversight.The fourth part is the solution countermeasures,mainly for the problems arising on legislation,supervision,and legal supervision,referring to scholars’ research results and practical operation experience,to give corresponding suggestions.The formulation of the law should need to further improve the content and procedural provisions of the supervisory committee’s responsibility for integrity education.The implementation of the law should further strengthen the construction of integrity institutions and personnel,unify the way of integrity education and supervision,and further optimize the means of integrity education and supervision.The supervision of the law should be more comprehensive supervision of the supervisory committee to perform the duties of integrity education.Thus,the supervisory committee’s responsibility for integrity education should be improved.Through the above systematic research,it is possible to legally clarify the subjects,objects,and contents of the integrity education of the supervisory committee;to make the procedures of the integrity education of the supervisory committee more specific and standardized;to optimize the means of the integrity education of the supervisory committee,and to more comprehensively supervise the performance of the supervisory committee’s duties of integrity education.Studying the duties of the supervisory committee on integrity education can provide direction for the reform of the supervisory system and will help the country achieve the goal of zero corruption as soon as possible,and will also promote the modernization of the national supervisory system and supervisory capacity.
