After unifying China,the first emperor of the Ming Dynasty,Zhu yuanzhang,had drawed lessons from the Yuan Dynasty,improved the previous supervisory system and founded a primary supervisory system featured by Hongwu.The following emperors,Zhu yuanzhang’s offsprings,developed the system gradually.At last,the supervisory system of Ming Dynasty made the balance between the senior officials and the junior ones,also between the central authorities and the local ones.This largely ensured the emperor’s leadship and dictatoeship.To control the country firmly,the ruling class of the Ming Dynasty had founded huge stuctures of the state.At the same time,the dependence extent to supervisory system of government operating became bigger and bigger.The article analyzes the establishment,operational mechanism,the choice of officials and the development to prove the positive and negative founctions of the supervisory system.
