Research On The High-quality Development Of Government Affairs In Jiangxi Province

"High-quality development" has been widely used in various fields since itwas put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Office affairs is an important part of the government’s functional activities,In2018,the National Organ Affairs Administration meeting emphasized the promotion of high-quality development of the new era of organ affairs,and made new and greater contributions to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.The management of official vehiclesis a part of the management of government affairs that has a large expenditureand involves a wide range of personnel.Discussing the high-quality development of official vehicle management will help in-depth study of the evaluation of high-quality development and promote the implementation of high-quality development of government affairs.This paper aims to investigate the current situation of high-quality development of official vehicle management by building an evaluation index system for high-quality development of official vehicle management,clarify the challenges faced by current official vehicle management in the process of promoting high-quality development,andput forward suggestions,so as to provide information for official vehicle management.Provide a reference plan for innovation,improvement and scientific evaluation of the high-qualitydevelopment of management and even agency affairs.On the basis of defining the concepts of high-quality development of Office affairs,this paper constructs an evaluation index systemframework for high-quality development of official vehicle management according to four factors: standardization construction,refined management,informatization degree,and performance level.The Delphi expert survey method improves various indicators,and then uses the analytic hierarchy process to empower indicators at alllevels to form a complete evaluation indicator system.on this basis,this paper designs a questionnaire for the evaluation of the current situation of high-quality development of official vehicles,taking S County in Jiangxi Province as the object,through the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that S county is in the official vehicle industry.The comprehensive rating of management high-quality development is excellent.However,there are still deficiencies in the publicity andpromotion of standardization construction,the cooperation with standardizationprofessional institutions,the development of platform innovation functions,the construction of network security evaluation mechanisms,the establishment of long-term,medium-and short-term goals for performance,and information disclosure.In view of theshortcomings,this paper puts forward suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of Jiangxi provincial government affairs from the aspects of improving standardization construction,deepening refined management and control,improving the degree of informatization,and improving the level of performance.
