Research On Urban Micro-renewal Governance In Shanghai From The Perspective Of Exchang

The scarcity of new land and the increasing shortage of resources have caused the current urban renewal to enter the era of stock.As the scale of urban development becomes larger and larger,the difficulty of urban renewal and the requirements for the level of modern governance become higher and higher.In order to adapt to the intricate economic and social relations,the urban micro-renewal which focused on the "customized design" of each small node comes into being.Urban micro-renewal has a very harsh reality contradiction.It implements acupuncture-like micro-scale urban renewal under conditions of opposition and conflict.It is an attempt to improve the actual problems and needs of existing mature communities on a realistic basis.It is to tap the limited small-scale idle resources around and then return high-quality public space to the citizens through microrenovation.At the same time,urban micro-renewal and urban governance involve a wide range of areas,and it has become increasingly impossible not to affect and sacrifice the interests of others.Therefore,various entities such as governments,enterprises,and citizens seek cooperation methods in conflicts and test the possibility of exchange of resources,interests,emotions and trust,etc.This article considers the actual situation of the urban micro-renewal governance model and the author’s personal participation in a large number of transformation cases in the work.It mainly takes the comprehensive transformation of Leshan Community in Xujiahui Street as an example.This article adopts the investigation method of case investigation and field research,and collects first-hand data through observation method and unstructured in-depth interviews.This article attempts to analyze the relationship between synthetic fallacy,failure of public choice,public behavior logic and governance dilemmas from the perspective of social exchange theory;to study the conceptual relationship between social debt and rewards,dynamic balance of exchange,and informal exchange;to integrate relevant dynamic mechanisms to accelerate the process of urban microrenewal from the perspectives of resolving opposing forces,enhancing overall capabilities,stimulating synergy,and introducing multiple dynamics;and from the perspectives of popular support projects benefiting the people,cultivating social governance rationality,creating and following the common value of society,to discuss how to gather manpower,gather demand and unite people to strive to promote the construction of a new pattern of social governance of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
