Research On Influencing Factors Of Livability Satisfaction In Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone And Promotion Strategies

Since the establishment of the Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone,the planning goal of livable construction has been formulated.With the development and construction in the past ten years,the urban construction of the Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone has made great achievements.There is still space for improvement in livable construction.In this paper,we based on the questionnaire data of residents,from the perspective of personal subjective perception,through the living environment,basic supporting facility,humanistic science and education,social security and the ecological environment such as dimension of research area residents satisfaction evaluation to the construction of city livability,use of variance and multivariate stepwise regression analysis the factors influencing livable satisfaction.The results show that the respondents’ overall satisfaction with the livability of the Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone is moderate.Among them,all the indicators of the living environment show that they are not satisfied,especially for the wage growth level.In addition,the public transportation(taxi)index of basic supporting dimension,the business environment index of humanistic science and education dimension,the medical level index of social security dimension and the environmental sanitation and drinking water quality index of ecological environment dimension have poor satisfaction performance.At the same time,for people of different ages,marital status,profession,residence and per capita living level,there are significant differences in the evaluation of overall livability satisfaction.Among all the indicators,the living conditions,income level and residential area greening can bring the most significant changes of livability satisfaction,and all of them have a positive effect on the overall livability satisfaction.Along with the deep development of Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone,improve living conditions and stable price level,increase the investment of public transport,make good business service facilities,to speed up the medical services enhancement,environmental health level improvement,water quality investment level and speed up the implementation schedule.It can bring better changes to the urban livability of the Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone.
