Research On Supply And Demand Deviation And Optimization Strategy Of Catering Service For The Elderly In Xi’an Urban Community From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

China’s entry into a deep aging society is an irreversible social reality.With the deepening of the Chinese government’s attention to aging and the promotion and implementation of urbanization in recent years,the functions of community elderly care services,including elderly care services,are becoming more and more complete.Among them,elderly meal assistance service is an important part of community home elderly care services,and elderly table service to meet the dining needs of the elderly is the most direct measure to improve their well-being,Fully considering the dining needs and eating habits of the elderly is a necessary condition and core element to improve the elderly meal assistance service system and improve the current quality of life of the elderly.In X District of Xi’an City,there are 128600 elderly people aged 60 and over,accounting for about 19.9% of the total population of the whole district,and the population aging is serious;As the old urban area and central urban area of Xi’an,the elderly population in the area is in the majority,and the demand for elderly meal assistance services is strong.Since 2008,district x Civil Affairs Bureau has tried a variety of elderly meal assistance service modes such as community self-management,enterprise cooperation and restaurant cooperation.With sufficient experience and seniority,its elderly meal assistance service is typical.Therefore,the topic of this paper takes the demand level of elderly catering service in District x,which is the most representative in the urban area of Xi’an,as the research object,collects research data and data by using the methods of text analysis,interview and questionnaire,analyzes the demand level of elderly catering service in District x of Xi’an by using the method of Kano model,and obtains the demand level preference order of the elderly in District x for specific service items and service categories,Combined with the interview materials of government,community and catering agency staff related to elderly catering services and the current development status of elderly catering services,this paper obtains the deviation between the supply and demand of elderly catering services in X District of Xi’an and its causes.Finally,taking the charm quality theory and holistic governance theory as the theoretical guidance,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies from the two levels of supply subject and demand subject in order to effectively improve the service level of elderly meal assistance and build a scientific and perfect elderly meal assistance service system.
