Study On Improving The Organizational Power Of Grassroots Party Organizations In Corps Universities

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,Party organizations have deepened their efforts to lay the foundation at the grassroots level.In the field of higher education,with the continuous strengthening of the construction of grassroots Party organizations in colleges and universities,party organizations in colleges and universities play a more prominent role in improving the quality of teaching and scientific research,leading and serving teachers and students,and helping local economic and social development.The construction of organizational capacity of primary-level Party organizations is an important part of party construction,as well as an important starting point.It is the key to ensure the advanced nature and combat effectiveness of primary-level Party organizations.Improving the organizational strength of grassroots Party organizations in colleges and universities will help to consolidate the organizational foundation of the Party in colleges and universities,ensure that colleges and universities always adhere to the socialist direction of running schools,implement the fundamental task of "cultivating people through virtue",and promote the prosperity and development of higher education.This paper deconstructs the connotation of grassroots party organization in colleges and universities from the function,duty and mission of party organization in colleges and universities,and holds that the grassroots party organization in colleges and universities is mainly composed of political leadership,thought leading,organizational coverage,implementation,mass cohesion and development and reform.In recent years,the party organization construction in colleges and universities of the XPCC has achieved outstanding results,and an important reason is to pay attention to strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations,which can constantly improve the organizational ability of grassroots party organizations by closely centering on political construction,ideological education,improving organization,paying close attention to implementation,innovating forms,grasping laws and other aspects.At present,the corps of the development of higher education enterprise faced with important opportunities for development,how to better play a role of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,the need to adhere to highlight political functions as the center,based on the reinforcement theory armed,to strengthen the basic-level organization as the backing,to strengthen the team construction as the key,innovation work patterns as the gripper,perfecting the system construction as the breakthrough,We will further improve the organizational capacity of grassroots Party organizations in XPCC colleges and universities,consolidate the foundation of grassroots party organizations in XPCC colleges and universities,and ensure that more outstanding talents who love China and Xinjiang,take responsibility and contribute,take root in border areas and build Xinjiang will be trained.This paper consists of five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,value implication,research status at home and abroad,and research ideas,methods and innovations.The second part is to explain the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the organizational force of the grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities,define the connotation of the organizational force of the grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities,and elaborate the theoretical basis and importance of the research.The third part,through the use of literature research,questionnaire survey,field interviews and other research methods to carry out empirical research,analyzes the current situation of the construction of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities of the Corps,summarizes the important achievements of the construction of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities in recent years.The fourth part is the problem and reason analysis.This paper deeply analyzes the common problems in the construction of grassroots organizational capacity of the Corps colleges and universities,and analyzes the main causes of the problems.The fifth part is path research.In view of the problems,and in combination with the basic principles and target requirements of the construction of grassroots party organization in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the path to improve the grassroots party organization in colleges and universities of XPCC from the following six aspects: highlighting political functions,strengthening theoretical armed forces,consolidating grassroots organizations,strengthening team construction,innovating work mode and perfecting system construction.
