Research On The Value Orientation Of Government Performance Evaluation In Ethnic Autonomous Areas

The value orientation of government performance evaluation discussed in this thesis belongs to the category of public administration value orientation.Principles and value standards,the value tendency manifested in the direct and centralized recognition,grasp and selection of the core values of public administration.In the practice of government performance evaluation,its value orientation refers to the scientific and reasonable value orientation and interest selection that the government should follow in the process of performance evaluation.Value orientation is the basis for assessing the performance of public administration.It has guiding significance for government performance evaluation.Only by selecting the right value orientation content of government performance evaluation can scientific performance evaluation standards be established.Therefore,in the performance evaluation of ethnic autonomous local governments,attaching importance to the value orientation and selecting the value orientation in line with the actual situation of ethnic autonomous areas is to improve the transformation of government functions,government and organizational structure in the administrative management activities of ethnic autonomous areas,and to establish a scientific performance evaluation system premise.The value orientation of the performance evaluation of ethnic autonomous local governments studied in this thesis is to provide value guidance for the establishment of the index system,evaluation process and evaluation results of the performance evaluation of ethnic autonomous local governments.This thesis consists of six parts.The first part clarifies the research purpose,research significance,and research methods of the article,and summarizes the current academic research status of government performance evaluation at home and abroad;the second part explains the performance evaluation of ethnic autonomous local governments.The related concepts and theoretical foundations of the value orientation of the government;the third part summarizes the development context of the performance evaluation value orientation of Western countries,general local governments in my country,and ethnic autonomous local governments.The inspirational thinking of the value orientation that should be followed in the performance evaluation of the current ethnic autonomous local governments is obtained.The fourth part summarizes and analyzes the particularity of the influencing factors of the performance evaluation of ethnic autonomous local governments by studying the value orientation of the performance evaluation of general local governments in my country.And the particularity of the value orientation of performance evaluation of ethnic autonomous local governments.The fifth part is based on the content of the above four parts,and through the functions of the performance evaluation value orientation of ethnic autonomous local governments and the principles followed by the construction of the performance evaluation value orientation of ethnic autonomous local governments,the evaluation of the performance evaluation of ethnic autonomous local governments is carried out.Value orientation is adjusted.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes and sorts out the key points discussed in this thesis.
