Research On The Management Of Auxiliary Police In Ordos Under The Background Of Public Security Reform

Auxiliary police have long been used to make up for the current situation of insufficient police force in our country,and at the same time,they have also contributed indelibly to the stability of the overall social situation in the country.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of management methods,the management of auxiliary police has been improved to some extent.However,with the rapid economic development and the gradual improvement of people’s requirements for the level of social security,the institutional mechanisms and detailed rules for the management of auxiliary police in many regions have not been matched in time,resulting in unclear rights and responsibilities,irregular rewards and punishments,and promotion of auxiliary police management.There are no standards and other phenomena,and the centralized and unified management of auxiliary police urgently needs to be improved.This paper systematically analyzes the social background,management methods and existing problems of the Ordos auxiliary police by means of questionnaires and interviews,Since the author has been engaged in grass-roots public security work for nearly ten years,I can compare and analyze the obtained data from the perspective of auxiliary police,and write papers based on multi-dimensional ideas such as auxiliary police’s social status and identity attribution,based on actual survey data and scientific research.Based on the analysis.The main points of view include: establishing rules and regulations system to achieve process control,improving access system to optimize career choice,strengthening learning and training to improve ability carriers,closely linking treatment system to rejuvenate team vitality,improving occupational security system to achieve preferential treatment of police officers,increasing social identity and enhancing occupational belonging.
