The Women’s Federation is the people’s organization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the media for communication between the CPC,the government and women,and an important social pillar of state power.Women’s Federations are important organizations for the government and women to establish close exchanges,and shoulder the responsibility of guiding,serving and safeguarding women’s rights and interests.In the regional reform of grassroots Women’s Federations,women with outstanding comprehensive abilities in different industries should be invited to participate.It is necessary to organize a women team with obvious advantages and outstanding abilities,integrate the superior resources of all parties,and achieve certain results in the close connection between women.However,the executive committee of the grassroots Women’s Federation fails to fully implement its own responsibilities,which is also a common phenomenon.Therefore,this paper takes the Executive Committee of the Women’s Federation in L District of Qingdao as the research object,evaluate its organizational construction,and explore the problems existing in the process of organizational construction.Firstly,this paper has combed through the relevant literature and theories at home and abroad.Based on this,the status of the organizational construction of the Women’s Federation in L District of Qingdao is analyzed.Then,this study selects the corresponding evaluation indicators from the four dimensions of organizational structure,personnel team,system construction and organizational concept,uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators,and constructs the evaluation index system of organizational construction of the Executive Committee of Women’s Federation in L District of Qingdao.Secondly,based on the above evaluation index system,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the actual situation of organizational construction of the Executive Committee of Women’s Federation in L District of Qingdao,adopting questionnaire survey method to obtain data,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out evaluation.The evaluation results show that the overall organizational construction in this area is at a good level,but there are still some problems,including the incomplete organizational structure of the executive committee,the weak sense of duty performance,the imperfect incentive and support mechanism for duty performance,and the backward working concepts and ways.Aiming at the above problems,this paper also analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and optimization scheme for these problems,including perfecting the organizational structure of the executive committee,promoting the ability of the team,strengthening the training work,improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism,and establishing a correct concept of organization construction,in order to provide reference for the construction of the Women’s Federation in L District of Qingdao.
