Optimization Reasearch Of Grassroots Women’s Federation Organization Construction In C County Of Jilin Province

As one of the mass organizations under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Women’s Federation bears the important responsibility of representing the rights and interests of women and children and safeguarding the equality between men and women.It is the bridge between the party and the government and the women,and has played an important role in promoting social development in every historical period.Grass-roots women’s federations,as the forefront of contacting and serving women,are the key links.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the accelerated development of the social process,the contradiction between the growing needs of women for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development of women’s federations also exists.Under the requirement of continuous deepening reform,how to further optimize the organizational construction of grass-roots women’s federations has become an urgent problem to be solved.Under the background of the reform of mass organizations,this article takes the C County Women’s Federation of Jilin Province as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the organization team,organization coverage,organization funds and organization effectiveness in the organization construction of grass-roots women’s federations in this area,deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward optimization suggestions based on the advanced experience of domestic grass-roots women’s federations,so as to further optimize the organization construction of grass-roots women’s federations in C County.The research holds that grass-roots women’s federations must adhere to the leadership of the Party and take a development path that conforms to the national conditions of China and has its own attributes,so as to better play its due role in the new period,unite the broad masses of women around the CPC Central Committee more closely,better serve women and children,and then gradually advance the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
