Study On Residents’ Participation In Community Governance In Quanshan Demolition And Resettlement Community In Z City

With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,more and more people gather in the city,due to the continuous tightening of the living area,the government began to expand to the countryside around the city,relocation community as a transitional community of urban development came into being.The main residents of the demolition and resettlement communities are land-lost farmers.After the demolition and resettlement,their ideology cannot keep up with the speed of the relocation and restructuring of the community.Therefore,when the community carries out activities,the relocated residents pay more attention to the distribution of collective economy in the community,but pay less attention to other activities in the community.At the same time,the social norms formed by land-lost farmers before demolition and resettlement have been deeply rooted and inconsistent with the needs of new community governance,resulting in low participation of residents.This paper takes the current situation of residents’ participation in governance in Quanshan Demolition and resettlement community in Z city as the research point,discovers the existing problems and causes in the process of residents’ participation in governance,and proposes feasible optimization schemes.Thesis integrated use of questionnaire survey,empirical analysis method,according to the questions,to analyze and solve problems of logic thinking,this paper discusses from the following several aspects: first,on the basis of the definition of resettlement community related concept,introduced the general situation of Z city spring mountain resettlement community and residents to participate in the status quo of governance;Secondly,through field visits and questionnaire surveys,the problems existing in the participation governance of residents in Quanshan Demolition and resettlement community in Z City are understood.According to the collected data and information,the problems are classified according to the participation cognition level,participation intention,participation content,participation channels and participation degree,and their causes are analyzed.Thirdly,in view of the causes of the problems caused by residents’ participation in governance,the optimization scheme design is proposed,focusing on how to improve residents’ enthusiasm,improve community management and construct positive community social capital.Finally,relevant safeguard measures for residents’ participation in governance of Quanshan demolition and resettlement community in Z city are proposed from three aspects: system,personnel and operation.Through the research on residents’ participation in the governance of Quanshan Demolition and resettlement Community in Z City,this paper can not only promote the smooth transformation of the demolition and resettlement community,promote the community to provide more high-quality public services for residents,but also standardize the residents’ participation in the demolition and resettlement community governance,promote the benign development of the community and the democratization of internal management has important significance.
