As an important part of social governance, community plays a vital role in social governance and development. As the main body enjoying the results of governance, residents' participation is of great significance in community governance. The importance of public participation in community governance is also raised in the 19 th report.Xinjiang's community construction started late and developed rapidly, which led to many problems in Xinjiang's community governance. The particularity of XPCC puts forward higher requirements for XPCC's urban and rural community governance. Therefore, the rapid and harmonious development of Bingtuan community is urgent, and the participation of residents cannot be ignored.Based on this, this paper summarizes and sorts out the relevant research results at home and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas and logical framework of this paper.Through on-the-spot investigation,we have a detailed understanding of the community residents' participation in community governance in Bingtuan farms represented by Ztuan community, and make an objective and systematic evaluation of their participation status, thus exploring the path to realize residents' participation in community governance in southern Xinjiang. In this paper, the qualitative and quantitative methods are combined to study the problem.Firstly, through field investigation and questionnaire data collection,we find that there are some problems in the residents' participation in community governance: the residents' participation in community governance is limited and their participation intention is low;the residents' participation in community governance is not active, the participation attitude is negative, the residents' participation in community governance is influenced significantly by subjective norms, and the participation behavior is difficult to implement, and the residents' participation in community governance behavior is lack of universality. In addition, based on the theory of rational behavior, the research model of this paper is constructed. And through the data collected in this paper, the empirical analysis of the model, and draw the following conclusions: First, residents participate in community governance will have a positive role in promoting their participation behavior; The subjective norm of residents' participation in community governance has a positive effect on their willingness to participate in community governance activities;third, the attitude of residents' participation in community governance has a positive effect on residents' willingness to participate;fourth, the subjective norm of residents' participation in community governance has a positive effect on their participation behavior;fifth, the attitude of residents' participation in community governance has a positive effect on their participation behavior; The subjective norms of residents' participation in community governance play a positive role in promoting residents' attitude to participating in community governance.Seventh, residents' willingness to participate in community governance plays an intermediary role between residents' participation in subjective norms and residents' participation behavior, residents' willingness to participate in community governance plays an intermediary role between residents' participation attitude and residents' participation behavior. At last, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the above problems according to the conclusions of the qualitative and quantitative research. At the same time,it also points out that due to the subjective and objective limitations of this study, the existing research deficiencies and future research prospects.
