Research On Evaluation Of Youth Social Organizations Participating In Community Governance In Mudanjiang

Entering the new era,community governance faces increasing new situations,situations and challenges.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China ushered in a new era of national governance system and capacity building,and social governance in the new era remains at the grassroots level.Under the time background of social and economic system transformation,pluralistic society main body involved in the social governance in the new period,the formation of new pattern of work sharing social governance,and the youth social organizations as youth groups for members of the social main body,its development level and ability to participate in social governance is widely followed.Under the guidance of theory,this paper firstly analyzes the basic situation of youth social organizations in Mudanjiang city and the current situation of their participation in community governance by taking the development of youth social organizations in Mudanjiang City as the research object,and finds that there are problems in the participation of youth social organizations in community governance in Mudanjiang City.Second,through to the mudanjiang city youth social organizations to participate in community governance influence factors were analyzed,and the construction of mudanjiang city youth social organizations to participate in community governance evaluation index system,combining with literature study method,Delphi method,the index selecting design,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to calculate the weight,form with the weight of evaluation index system;Thirdly,the evaluation data of youth social organizations’ participation in community governance in Mudanjiang city were obtained through questionnaire survey,and the evaluation results were analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving the participation of youth social organizations in community governance from three aspects: optimizing the external environment for participating in community governance,giving full play to the function of the Communist Youth League,and strengthening the self-construction of youth social organizations.
