Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System For Social Organization Development In Inner Mongolia

In the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the party proposed to stimulate the vitality of the social organization,correctly handle the relationship between the government and the society,speed up the implementation of the separation of political and social organizations,promote the clear power and responsibility of the social organization,and play a role in the law,which is a clear direction for the reform of the social organization.With the vigorous promotion of the party and the government,social organization has become an important role of social management and public service.The evaluation of social organizations can better promote the continuous improvement of social organizations and provide the most solid foundation for economic development,social harmony and cultural protection.It is an important way to establish the evaluation index system of social organization and to strengthen the evaluation of social organization.It is an important way to clarify the responsibilities of social organizations,to strengthen the autonomy of social organizations and to stimulate the vitality of social organizations.At present,the social organization of Inner Mongolia plays a positive role in science,education,culture,medical treatment,environmental protection and so on,but there are still some deficiencies in undertaking government functions and promoting the innovation of social governance.Since the existing social organization evaluation system is single and does not take into account the geographical,national and cultural particularity of the Inner Mongolia social organization,it has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the social organization of Inner Mongolia.Therefore,constructing the evaluation index system of the development of Inner Mongolia social organization and putting forward the pertinent policy suggestions on the basis of the application of the index system can better stimulate the vitality of the social organization of Inner Mongolia,enrich the diversity of the social organization of Inner Mongolia,and enrich the social organization of the ethnic regions on the basis of rich practical experience.
