Research On Grit Management Of X Street Community In Gu An County,Langfang City

Community grid management is an innovative measure of grass-roots social governance.It uses big data,Internet and other information technologies to innovate the governance model and strive to provide more high-quality and efficient services for community residents.Referring to the relevant theories of community grid management,advanced regional practices and the actual situation of X street,X street of Gu’an County actively explored and innovated management methods,achieved certain results,and was recognized and praised by community residents.This paper expounds the main methods of grid management of X street in Gu’an County,collects first-hand data through questionnaires,analyzes the problems and reasons existing in grid management of X street,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve grid management of X Street on this basis.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the research background,research significance,research content,research methods and research innovation of this research work.The second part is the theoretical overview,which elaborates the research status,theoretical basis and concepts at home and abroad.The third part realistically analyzes the grid management practices and achievements of X street community,mainly including the integration of Party construction into grid,fine grid services,expansion of grid functions and grid epidemic prevention and control.The fourth part points out that there are still some problems in the implementation of Community Grid Management in X street through the questionnaire,which are embodied in:the construction of grid team is not reasonable,the community grid task is heavy and the treatment is low,the participation of multiple subjects is insufficient,and the grid management mode is still insufficient.The main reasons for these problems are that the administrative attribute still exists in the implementation,the low degree of specialization of grid team,the lack of system construction and the lack of community autonomy.In the fifth part,it puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the management level of the community based on the analysis of the reasons for the construction and improvement of the grid management system.The sixth part is the research summary and research prospect.
