Research On Urban Residents' Participation In Community Grid Management In China

With the improvement of China's economic and social development,the enhancement of residents' democratic consciousness,and the deepening of the country's exploration of social governance innovation,in recent years,urban community grid management has been widely established nationwide as the national social governance innovation tool.While the urban community grid management has achieved remarkable results,there are also many problems.How to improve the urban community grid management has become one of the hottest topics in the academic circle.This paper points out the problem of residents' participation in the grid management of urban communities.By analyzing the dilemma of residents' participation in this model,the paper proposes and suggests to promote urban residents' participation in the grid management of urban communities.Therefore,as to make contributions to improve the relevant theories of the grid management of urban communities and the governance of urban communities.First,this paper defines and explains the concepts of community and urban community,urban community grid management,community intermediary organization and residents' participation,and clarifies the necessary conditions for urban residents to participate in the community grid management,at the same time,analyzes several important theories supporting this paper.Second,based on the analysis of the relationship of urban community grid management and the residents' participation,this paper shows the feasibility of residents participate in community grids management and significance,and summarizes the history,present situation and the problems of urban residents' participation in community grids management adopt the way of combining theory and practice,at the same time,a case based on the investigation results is given as the supplementary explanation,and the problems of residents' participation in the urban community grid management are summarized,such as unreasonable participation subject structure,unbalanced participation will,passive participation mode,low degree of organization and low participation degree.Third,according to the previous analysis,four aspects provide us with the path to analyze the causes of the above problems: system and law,urban community grid management,government and social organizations,resident.Finally,combined with problem and cause analysis,this paper believes that to promote and improve residents' participation in community grid management,it is necessary to optimize the legal system of urban community grid management and provide a good external environment for urban residents to participate in community grid management,it is necessary to improve the community grid management model and provide a high-quality platform for urban residents to participate,it is necessary to change the main structure of participator in urban community grid management,clarify the roles and functions of government and social organizations,and provide a good partner environment for urban residents to participate in,it is necessary to improve residents' willingness and ability to participate,and make individual preparations for urban residents to participate.
