| The governance of the country must first govern the Party,and Party governance must be strict and strict in accordance with the law.From the top-level design level,it has drawn a beautiful blueprint for the construction of the Party regulations system in the new era,made major decisions and arrangements for strict management of the Party and Party governance,comprehensively integrated the Party regulations resources,put forward the goals and requirements for the construction of the Party regulations system,made clear the behavioral boundaries for Party members and leading cadres,and strengthened the determination to govern the Party by system and according to the rules.The vitality of the system lies in its implementation,and the improvement of the implementation of intra-party regulations plays an important role in strict party management and governance,the maintenance of the authority of the Central Committee and the improvement of the Party’s self-construction.Although the current intra-Party regulations and regulations have achieved encouraging results,the complex and changing world conditions and Party conditions have put forward a severe test to the Party’s governing ability.This requires the implementation of intra-party laws and regulations.Based on this,this article will analyze from three parts: the related overview of intra-party code system enforcement,the current situation of our intra-party code system enforcement construction and the practical path to enhance the intra-party code system enforcement in the new era,to explore the reasonable countermeasures to enhance the intra-party code system enforcement,to ensure that the iron rules become stronger and the ban becomes stronger.The first part is the analysis of the overview of the implementation of intra-party regulations,mainly the definition of the concepts related to intra-party regulations and the value implication of the implementation of intra-party regulations system.The second part expounds the current status of the construction of the enforcement power of the internal Party regulations system,and analyzes the achievements achieved in the implementation of the internal Party regulations system since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC and the problems faced in the implementation process.This paper makes an in-depth analysis from four perspectives: the intra-party regulations system still needs to be improved,the comprehensive quality of some intra-party regulations enforcement subjects is not good,the intra-party regulations enforcement guarantee mechanism still needs to be improved,and the implementation environment still needs to be improved,which provides ideas for exploring the specific path below.The third part of the new era of intra-party laws and regulations to improve the implementation of the realistic path.According to the problems in the execution process of the Party regulations system,the corresponding measures are proposed one by one from four aspects: the improvement of the Party regulations system itself,the improvement of the execution subject’s quality,the creation of the execution guarantee mechanism and the optimization of the execution environment.This paper provides effective strategies for improving the execution of party regulations and systems in the new era. |
