In recent years,with the progress of society,the development speed of the Internet has accelerated,and mobile intelligent terminals have emerged in people’s sight,improving their production and life,and bringing many conveniences to people.However,on this basis,some unscrupulous individuals have also taken the opportunity to carry out illegal and fraudulent activities.Common telecommunications fraud mainly uses telephone,internet,and text messages to deceive others.Engage in fraud against others and obtain illegal property.Based on the actual situation,the current methods of telecommunications network fraud are relatively diverse and exhibit diverse characteristics,with strong liquidity.A certain department is unable to handle the issue of telecommunications network fraud.On this basis,it is also necessary for various departments to strengthen cooperation and jointly handle telecommunications network fraud work.Only in this way can we better protect the basic rights and interests of the people,ensure the safety of their property,curb the occurrence of telecommunications network fraud crimes,and promote the better development of China.In the research process,this article takes Dingxi City as the specific research object,conducts a specific analysis of the city,focusing on the current situation of collaborative governance in combating and preventing telecommunications network fraud.From the perspective of background and significance,it integrates research materials from domestic and foreign scholars,and summarizes the specific research results of telecommunications network fraud and collaborative governance.Provide an overview from the perspectives of concepts and types,and obtain information through interviews,literature review,and other forms.Conduct research on the crackdown and prevention of telecommunications network fraud in Dingxi City in recent years,and discuss from the perspectives of crime types and collaborative governance.By using various analysis methods such as literature review,it was found that there are still many problems in Dingxi City.Specifically,the lack of linkage and initiative among multiple governance entities,the inability to fully implement collaborative governance measures,and the lack of high awareness of prevention among the public,the reasons for the problems were analyzed.It was found that this is due to the lagging concept of collaboration in the city,The lack of timely communication between governance entities has led to low effectiveness in combating and preventing governance.Through in-depth analysis,it was found that the main reasons are the lack of smooth coordination mechanisms,low efficiency in cracking down and solving cases,and insufficient publicity for collaborative governance.On this basis,referring to the advanced experience of other domestic urban governance,targeted development strategies are proposed,such as strengthening the concept of collaboration,strengthening industry supervision,improving work mechanisms,building professional teams,and strengthening prevention and publicity.
