| The system of selected graduates is an important cadre and personnel system in our country.After more than 60 years of development,it has gradually formed a more perfect system to train and select young cadres.In order to stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of selected graduates,Party and government organs around the country have issued a series of incentive policies for selected graduates based on the local reality.However,with the gradual expansion of the team,the phenomenon of low enthusiasm and initiative of selected graduates keeps emerging.Therefore,focusing on the incentive problem of selected graduates,further optimizing the incentive mechanism of selected graduates and improving job satisfaction are conducive to the career development of selected graduates,thus improving the administrative efficiency of the government and promoting the prosperity and development of the cause of the Party.By investigating the current situation of selected graduates in X district,this paper tries to break the limitations of previous studies,and uses the perspective of two-factor theory to analyze the incentive problem of selected graduates in X district,deeply analyze the defects of the incentive system,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and measures,so as to better stimulate the selected graduates and improve their satisfaction.Thus,it plays a positive role in cultivating more excellent party and government cadres.The conclusion of this study is analyzed from the perspective of two-factor theory.According to the analysis,the current incentive mechanism of selected graduates in X district has some problems,such as low degree of professional fit of selected graduates,unbalanced development of ability and quality,gap of salary and welfare,weak motivational effect,and gap of expectation psychology.These problems inhibit the growth and development of selected graduates and seriously affect the team construction of selected graduates.In the face of the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of selected graduates,this paper finds out that the reason lies in the lack of health factors and incentive factors,and puts forward the optimization suggestions of the incentive mechanism of selected graduates,namely,the establishment of a unique selective program,the optimization of training methods,the perfection of rules and regulations,the dredging of promotion channels,and the strong sense of achievement. |
