It makes great contributions to building harmonious society, promoting the construction of modernization, and realizing the Chinese nation’s bright prospect on the road to revival.The article studies the incentive problems of selected students in Tangshan by two-factor theory. It analyzes the flaws of the incentive system in Tangshan, strives to completing the system and measures, motivates the selected students, and improves the satisfaction of selected students.
