The system of selected students began in 1965 and has been for semicentury. After half a century of constantly improve and enrich, The system of selected students has gradually become an important part of the personnel system relating to cadres. The system brings up a large number of outstanding leaders, improve the quality of the cadres in our country and change the structure of age. It makes great contributions to building harmonious society, promoting the construction of modernization, and realizing the Chinese nation’s bright prospect on the road to revival.The article studies the incentive problems of selected students in Tangshan by two-factor theory. It analyzes the flaws of the incentive system in Tangshan, strives to completing the system and measures, motivates the selected students, and improves the satisfaction of selected students. It puts forward to cultivating more excellent party and government cadres.Based on questionnaire and discussion on field research, combined with literature analysis method and other methods, the studied of incentive problem in Tangshan is accomplished.Thesis mainly divided into the following several parts:The first part mainly carries on the introduction:the principal task is introduce the study of the subject of the purpose, significance, method and the research status at home and abroad.The second part is introduce the conception of Herzberg’s two-factor theory and the related concepts of selected students.The third part is mainly to design the questionnaire,to analyze the present situation and problems in selected students.The fourth part mainly analyze the causes of selected students incentive problems two-factor theory.The fifth part mainly introduce the improvement measures by two-factor theory...
