In China,the current community correction system has been implemented in most regions,with a focus on supervision and management,while disregarding education and aid.Educational assistance activities are often carried out in a single and formalistic manner,and are also used as an extension of supervision and management means.Educational assistance has not achieved the effect of correcting their thoughts and behaviors,and the educational assistance function has fallen into a dilemma.This paper aims to explore the problems and solutions of the education and assistance work for community correction objects in D County,and integrate a variety of scientific research methods,such as questionnaire survey,visit,participatory observation and case analysis,and use the diversified governance theory of public management theory to deeply explore the implementation of the education and assistance work for community correction objects in D County.The whole paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which states the research background,research significance,foreign research status,as well as the research purpose,research methods and the main content of this paper,and discusses the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second chapter analyzes the concepts related to the education and assistance of the objects of community correction,and discusses the concrete embodiment of the theory of multiple governance theory used in this paper in the work of the object of community correction education and assistance in detail.Chapters 3 to 7 are the main body of the paper.In County D,a case study of the educational and aid efforts of community correction objects is presented in the third chapter.In County D,the development of the education and assistance work of the community correction objects is outlined in this part.In the fourth chapter outlines the issues of the sluggishness in the formation of the working team,the absence of targeted work measures in the face of particular help and education objects,and the premature updating of the single content of the education and assistance methods.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the causes of the problems.The author summarizes the reasons for the above three problems.First,there is cognitive bias in the work;Second,the lack of financial security;The third is the imperfect participation mechanism of multiple subjects.In the sixth chapter,the comprehensive knowledge of education and assistance for community correction objects both domestically and internationally is presented;the seventh chapter then proposes five strategies to enhance the education and assistance of community correction objects,based on the examination of prior issues and the extensive experience at home and abroad:foremost,pay heed to the publicity.Encouraging multiple parties to partake in community correction education and assistance,improving the cooperative mechanism of education and assistance for community correction objects,and carrying out accurate help and education for special types of community correction objects,as well as enriching the content of educational assistance,are all steps to promote community correction.
