Adapting to the change of the concept of "prevention and punishment" of globalization,Community correction which is “non-custodial sentences” have developed rapidly.The practice and theoretical research of domestic community correction mainly focuses on the construction of community correction system and management,while the emphasis on community correction education and its practical functions is obviously insufficient.How to improve community correction performance through community correction education,how to promote community correction objects to better integrate into the community,and how to form an effective “closed loop”for grassroots crime prevention will be an important part of promoting the “Maple Bridge experience” to a new level.And it's an important way to modernize governance capabilities.This paper takes the theory of good governance as the analytical framework.The theory of good governance originated in the West.It is mainly used to analyze government governance.The main point of this theory is that “good governance is a social management process and management activities that maximize public interest”.By combining the elements of participation and effectiveness of good governance,the internal fit of good governance and community correction education is obtained.This thesis takes social correction education in K District of Zhejiang Province as the research object,and community correction education in K District is in the forefront in Zhejiang Province.This paper analyzes the status and experience in the implementation of community correction education in K area.K district currently adopts a phased community correction education model.The basic feature is that it pays more attention to the education of entrance and correction and regular education.In the face of difficulties and their causes,the K area is mainly facing insufficient construction of the main body.Mature,lack of pertinence of educational content,limited educational effects,and four major dilemmas of community correction education and the needs of corrective targets.Through analysis,it is concluded that the community correction education legislation is lacking,the social force participation mechanism is not perfect,and the evaluation mechanism is lacking.The reasons for this are as follows:the lack of legislation on community correction education,the lack of social participation mechanism and the lack of evaluation mechanism.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the community correction education,which is to improve the construction of the community correctional education subject and object interaction system,establish and improve the personalized community correction education service mechanism,and establish and improve the community correction education performance evaluation mechanism.The innovation of this paper is mainly to use the theory of good governance to analyze community correction education,and to provide useful guidance for the development of community correction education practice,so as to effectively improve the effect of community correction education practice in K area.
