The market supervision department is one of the products of the reform of the large department system,and its purpose is to promote the maximum avoidance of overlapping responsibilities among multiple departments in the process of government governance and acting independently.However,after the reform of the large department system,market supervision departments are facing many challenges such as increased management scope,complex responsibilities,numerous internal institutions and personnel,as well as the transfer of external contradictions from the original departments with overlapping and unclear functions to the internal environment.The pressure and difficulty of coordination between internal institutions have also increased,and in the process of practice,it has exposed the shifting of responsibilities and disputes between internal institutions Poor coordination and other issues,to a certain extent,cause a waste of administrative resources,reducing administrative efficiency.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of public management and public services of market supervision departments,and better and faster achieve organizational goals,it is necessary to seek effective methods to promote coordination among internal institutions,and establish efficient and harmonious coordination relationships between internal institutions.This is of great significance for giving play to the comprehensive supervision and management functions of unified organization and coordination of market supervision departments,and establishing an efficient and scientific market supervision system.Therefore,it is timely to study the issue of inter agency coordination within market supervision departments.This article takes the market supervision department of Q City as an example,using resource dependence theory and game theory as the theoretical basis,and using participatory observation and semi structured interview methods,first analyzes the current situation of coordination between internal institutions of market supervision departments,and finds that problems exist in coordination between internal institutions,mainly manifested in the occurrence of prevarication,inadequate organization and coordination functions,and poor coordination and communication channels The coordination mechanism has limited functions in four aspects;Secondly,it explores the underlying motivations behind the choice of coordination and uncoordinated behavior among internal institutions,as well as the factors that affect the coordination relationship between internal institutions,and explores the specific reasons for the coordination problems among internal institutions,which are mainly divided into five aspects:unclear responsibilities of internal institutions in some areas,weakened functions of auxiliary internal institutions,relatively simple coordination methods,imperfect coordination mechanisms,and low integration of personnel teams;Finally,based on the analysis of specific reasons,it proposes to optimize the division of functions and clarify organizational boundaries;Straighten coordination relationships and strengthen business contacts;Innovate coordination methods and strengthen communication skills;Improve the coordination mechanism and bring into play the effectiveness of coordination;The countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating organizational culture and promoting team integration provide a new development direction for achieving good coordination among the internal institutions of Q city,even S province,and national market supervision departments.
