Research On Job Burnout Of Drug Rehabilitation Craft Training Center Public Officials From The Perspective Of Stress And Organization

Drug rehabilitation craft training center provides workplace and opportunities to get education for drug addicts under compulsory rehabilitation.It plays a vital role in changing the habit of indolence,and help the drug addicts adapt to society.The Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "promote the state-owned capital to become stronger,better and larger",which brings new requirements for the work of drug rehabilitation craft training center.Therefore,organizations should pay attention to alleviate public officials’ job burnout in drug rehabilitation craft training center.Based on the resource conservation theory and the organizational equilibrium theory,this study takes the public officials in L drug rehabilitation craft training center as the research object to explore the connection between role stress,job burnout,perceptions of organizational politics and perceived organizational support.This study compiled a questionnaire with a scale that conforms to the domestic situation and has good explanatory power for public officials.With the help of SPSS and Process plug-in,211 questionnaires were analyzed,and the following results were obtained:1.Public officials’ role stress(role ambiguity,role conflict,role overloading)in drug rehabilitation craft training center has a significant positive impact on job burnout.2.Public officials’ role pressure(role ambiguity,role conflict,role overload)in drug rehabilitation craft training center has a positive impact on perceptions of organizational politics.3.Perceptions of organizational politics of the public officials in drug rehabilitation craft training center has a significant positive impact on job burnout.4.The total score of role stress,role ambiguity,role conflict and role overload of public officials in drug rehabilitation craft training center have their respective effects on job burnout,which are mediated by perceptions of organizational politics.5.The influence of role overload on job burnout of public officials in drug rehabilitation craft training center is mediated by perceptions of organizational politics,and the intermediary effect is regulated by perceived organizational support.This study selected some representative public officials from the L drug rehabilitation craft training center and conducted semi-structured interviews around four aspects:job burnout,role stress,perceptions of organizational politics and perceived organizational support.In the qualitative analysis of the interview text data through thematic analysis,this study discussed the influencing factors of job burnout of public officials in L drug rehabilitation craft training center according to the coding results.Based on the results of the questionnaire and interview analysis,this study mainly puts forward suggestions from the organizational level,including coping with role stress and perceptions of organizational politics,and improving organizational support,and makes appropriate supplements from the social and personal levels.
