| The government full-time fire brigade is an important force to make up for the shortage of the national comprehensive fire rescue team,relieve the emergency rescue pressure of the fire rescue team,and meet the growing public security needs of the people.In the organizational reform in 2018,the Armed Police Fire Department was transferred to a government department,and the fire rescue team entered a new era of "full disaster and big emergency".Its functions and tasks were greatly expanded,and its responsibilities and missions were more arduous.It was urgent to improve the professionalism,professionalism and standardization of the team.Especially after the transformation,many commanders and fighters reported that they were lack of motivation and enthusiasm,In addition,due to historical and other factors,the problems of "different pay for the same work" and "different staffing for the same work" of firefighters in national and local teams also pose new challenges for team management.Therefore,this paper studies the relationship between firefighters’ public service motivation and job burnout,and measures the national team and local team respectively to compare the similarities and differences.At the same time,the relationship between job satisfaction and public service motivation and job burnout was explored.This paper combed the relevant literature on firefighters,public service motivation,job satisfaction and job burnout at home and abroad,and conducted a survey on firefighters in B city by using the questionnaire survey method.This paper uses the methods of group regression analysis and intermediary effect analysis to take public service motivation as independent variable,job satisfaction as intermediary variable,and job burnout as dependent variable.After classifying and summing up the results of each type of scale,we use ST AT A software to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,group regression analysis and intermediary effect analysis to verify the hypothesis.Finally,it is found that public service motivation has a significant correlation with job burnout,and job satisfaction plays a mediating role in it,which exists in both national teams and local teams,but there are differences.Finally,combined with the historical evolution and change background of fire rescue teams,the construction practice of fire teams at home and abroad,and the findings of this research,this paper proposes:(1)pay attention to professional spirit education and training;(2)Establish operation management mode to improve job satisfaction;(3)Improve the working environment atmosphere. |
