| It is understood that every year,China’s poor people in order to get more work opportunities,have chosen to migrate to new areas,and because of the continuous migration,resulting in the emergence of many left-behind children,and these left-behind children often have very few opportunities to go to school,facing such a difficult situation,Ningxia Riverside Home took the lead,the start of the migration policy,and the establishment of the migration area,to help many migrant population to come here,and many migrant Many of the people who have moved here have been given jobs through the policies of the region.This paper uses Smith’s model to discuss and analyze the school dropout policy in ecological migration areas.The paper also analyzes the example of Yinchuan Binhe Homeland in Ningxia,using literature analysis,interview method,and model analysis,questionnaire survey method,and graphical analysis method to summarize and conclude the many problems faced during the implementation of the dropout policy in the ecological migrant area by taking Yueyahu Huimin Second Middle School and Yueyahu Huimin Middle School as the subjects of investigation.With the help of this analysis,the basic reasons behind the implementation of the policy and the proposed improvement plan,we propose the countermeasures for the better implementation of the dropout control policy in the middle schools in the ecological immigrant areas based on the Ningxia Yinchuan Binhe Homeland.Through the analysis,Ningxia Binhe Homeland has achieved certain results in terms of dropout and school preservation policies,and in the process of establishing a good environment and a complete educational environment,as well as accelerating the gathering of the population,many people have gained new job opportunities here,and not only that,it has also attracted people from other areas to migrate here,so it is said that through the new construction of housing areas,as well as comprehensive publicity and policy support,it will make Many migrated people comprehensively gather to an area with convenient transportation and good environment,which not only realizes the quality of students’ educational environment but also improves the employment opportunities for poor people,so this paper analyzes the data through a combination of questionnaires and interviews,graphs and charts,and refers to the Smith model to analyze the countermeasures of the problem based on the management dimension policy level,policy implementation subject level,policy target group level,and policy environment level It is very meaningful to propose measures to promote better expected results of dropout control and school preservation in junior high schools in the ecological migrant area of Yinchuan Binhe Homeland,Ningxia. |
