| The "three complete education" is an important way for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and build a comprehensive cultivation system of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,the United States and labor.The student apartment is the main body of college students’life in the university campus,the important position of moral education in colleges and universities,and the key to the comprehensive training and development of college students.Creating a good apartment culture is the key to establish the correct life attitude and value orientation of college students.The spiritual needs of college students in the new era are increasingly rich,so colleges and universities need to continue to explore and practice the enhancement of the cultural education function of student apartment,improve students’ cognition level of apartment culture,improve the management level and practical ability of apartment culture construction team,and achieve a full-staff,whole-process and all-round education system.Train socialist builders and successors with lofty ideological consciousness and the courage to undertake the mission.This thesis uses the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and case study to carry out the research on the enhancement of the cultural education function of college student apartment from the perspective of "three aspects of education".Based on the theory of hidden curriculum,the initiative theory of subject and object,the Marxist theory of all-round development of human,the coordinated control theory of ideological and political education,combined with the theories of relevant scholars at home and abroad,Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,this thesis analyzes the functions and existing problems of cultural education of college student apartments in value-oriented function,standardized management function,environmental edification function and exchange debugging function,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Through empirical research,the current situation of the cultural education function of college student apartments is characterized by the lack of students’participation in the initiative,the lack of strength of the cultural construction team,the need to improve the environment,and the lack of penetration.In-depth analysis shows that the root causes of these problems lie in the lack of systematic planning of apartment culture construction,the lack of education function of apartment culture,the lack of strength of apartment culture construction team,and the restriction of college apartment funds.In order to solve the above problems,college student apartments should improve students’ awareness,create a good cultural atmosphere and enrich the connotation of cultural activities to improve students’ participation initiative.We should improve the management system of college student apartments by innovating the self-management mode of students,improving the scientificity and effectiveness of the apartment management system,and deepening the skills training of employees.Create a good education environment by completing the supporting facilities,beautifying the humanistic environment of the apartment,and developing online propaganda positions;Through optimizing the network environment,strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs,and advancing with The Times the management concept to carry forward the cultural education function of student apartment. |
