| In the process of deepening financial reform,some commercial banks have some problems to some extent,even leading to the phenomenon of people’s bank runs,and a few commercial banks have even gone bankrupt,public Trust in commercial banks has been seriously challenged.In the structure of the national economy,the bank plays an important role.The healthy development of the bank is not only conducive to the stability of the economy,but also to the stability of the People’s mind and social harmony.Therefore,the issue of bank security and stability is very important.In this case,the state-owned banks should strengthen internal management,in particular,should pay attention to the optimization of performance appraisal program design,the perspective of optimization to specific sub-categories of posts such as administrative personnel,in order to provide more substantial power for the continuous development of enterprises.In view of this,this paper,based on the related situation of the performance appraisal of the L branch of bank G,discusses the optimization of the performance appraisal scheme design of the state-owned bank’s administrative personnel.In particular,on the basis of research summary,theory summary and related concept definition,this paper introduces the relevant situation of L branch of bank G,and explains the concrete situation of the administrative management team of this branch,this paper summarizes the performance appraisal scheme of the administrative personnel in this branch,and reveals the existing problems from the aspects of the appraisal mode,the application of the results and the assessment feedback,etc.,and asked the hidden in these questions behind the deep-seated motivation.At last,according to the main problems,the paper gives some thoughts on how to optimize the performance appraisal scheme of L branch of bank G.This paper holds that the L branch of bank G should first define the optimization objectives and definite the optimization ideas,and then think about the concrete and feasible optimization contents from the two aspects of professional and comprehensive performance,on the basis of ensuring the operational feasibility,logical feasibility and effect adequacy,the optimization scheme with both qualitative and quantitative thinking is considered.For L branch,it is necessary to draw up the key performance indicators,which are clear and concise,and ensure the coverage of the whole content,under the guidance of the relevant theories such as the key performance indicators method and the 360-degree evaluation method,in order to ensure the effectiveness of incentive and deterrent,we should pay attention to strengthen the performance feedback to avoid falling into the misunderstanding of evaluation for the sake of evaluation.In addition,L branch should also pay attention to the establishment of a sound mechanism for the application of the results of the performance appraisal management and the healthy development of state-owned banks to provide a solid guarantee for the virtuous circle.Therefore,in the process of exploring and improving the performance appraisal work,the state-owned banks should focus on the renewal of concepts,accurate design,clear responsibilities,enrich the indicator system,and expand the design space,etc.,to keep pace with the times to ensure the effectiveness of the work. |
