| Recent years,with the growth of economy in our country,the speed of urbanization has been accelerating,especially in the eastern coastal areas,where the size of cities has become larger and larger,and traffic problems have become a major problem which limits urban development.In "14th Five Year Plan",it is pointed out that ultra large cities should develop urban rail transit in a scientific and orderly manner,promote the integrated development of rail transit,conventional public transportation,and slow traffic networks,and build a rapid transit network with rail transit as the backbone.As an important area of service-oriented government construction,Suzhou subway should evaluate its effectiveness.Public satisfaction is an important indicator to measure the construction of a service-oriented government.Therefore,it is very necessary to evaluate the public service level of Suzhou subway,which is conducive to improving the living standard and happiness index.This article takes the Suzhou urban subway as the research object,using the public goods theory,type public service theory,and customer satisfaction theory.Using research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview,combined with various literature materials,this paper expounds the current situation of Suzhou urban subway in terms of legal system basis for public service,main body of public service supply,and content of public service supply,and attempts to explore ways to improve the public service level of Suzhou urban subway.Through research on public satisfaction with public services and operational service levels of Suzhou urban subways,the evaluation model for public service levels of Suzhou urban subways is explored,and five issues are found:insufficient passenger transport intensity in the line network,insufficient ride convenience,unsmooth waiting and transfer order,poor quality of subway supporting human and cultural services,and many typical issues related to the details of the waiting environment.Then,the reasons for the problems reflected in the public service level evaluation of Suzhou urban subway are analyzed:the supply and demand matching of urban subway is unclear,professional personnel are lost and training is not in place,station design and regional planning are not matched,and there is a lack of effective communication between the government,enterprises,and the public.Finally,four paths for improving the public service level of Suzhou urban subway are proposed,including:increasing the proportion of urban subway passenger transport,continuously improving the professional skills of subway employees,improving the subway construction process,improving the host and guest information exchange management system,and continuously improving the public service level of Suzhou urban subway. |
