Study On The Countermeasures Of Weihai Trade Union To Help Rural Construction

With the promotion of the rural revitalisation strategy,the process of industrialisation of agriculture,professionalisation of farmers and urbanisation of the countryside has been accelerated,various new agricultural economic organisations have emerged,and workers in agriculture-related industries have become part of the workforce,and they are in urgent need of organisation,education,guidance and services.In the process of rural construction,new workers(migrant workers)are an important subject among them.Trade unions are the bridge and link between the Party and the masses of workers,shouldering the important responsibilities of organising and mobilising,educating and leading,and defending and serving the masses of workers,and are the only Party organisation that can provide full coverage of the workers’ groups.The extension of trade union organisations into the field of village construction is both a result of the situation and a duty.After the establishment of the trade union organisation,it will not only be able to unite the agriculture-related workers around the Party,but will also do its best to help workers improve their quality,mobilise them to build their careers,protect their legitimate rights and interests,and improve their quality of life.Thus,it will play an active role in promoting the high-quality development of the township’s economy and building a harmonious village.It makes positive contributions to fully participating in and serving the rural revitalisation strategy,consolidating the new-age workers’ and farmers’ alliance and promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas.Therefore,trade union organisations are an important role in assisting the government to help build the countryside and have a certain leading role.However,in the process of actual construction,the role of some trade union organizations has not been effectively played,and there are problems such as insufficient participation in collaboration with relevant departments,low participation of the masses of workers and insufficient capacity of trade union cadres.In this situation,this paper combines the actual situation of Weihai City and conducts a study on the current situation of the Weihai City Federation of Trade Unions in helping to build the countryside and other aspects.This paper firstly presents the research background of the paper,leads to the reason for the selection of the topic,and explains the research method and ideas,etc.Secondly,it defines the concepts of trade union organization and rural revitalization strategy and introduces the relevant theories.Then,it analyses the current situation of Weihai trade union organizations helping rural construction,and finally proposes countermeasures for Weihai trade unions to help rural construction by drawing on the experience of domestic trade union organizations helping rural construction.Through the analysis,it is found that there are shortcomings in the assistance to rural construction by trade union organisations in Weihai at present.The reasons for these shortcomings are the contradiction between the single-line action of trade union organisations and the government’s co-ordination of rural construction,and the contradiction between the lack of capacity of trade union organisations and the efficiency of rural construction.Based on this,combined with the experience of domestic trade union organisations to help rural construction.This paper puts forward the following suggestions:First,we should further deepen the joint construction of the Party and workers,strengthen the ideological leadership of migrant workers and other worker groups,and improve the status and influence of trade union organisations.Secondly,we should strengthen the construction of grassroots trade union cadres and improve the efficiency of trade unions.Third,we should provide support for the employment and entrepreneurship of migrant worker groups and other trade union forces,cultivate special industries and promote the integrated development of the three industries.Fourthly,it is necessary to gather the strength of the two village committees,strengthen the construction of village culture and improve the ability of village self-governance,etc.,and then better promote the construction of villages in Weihai.The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis and discussion from nothing to the individual to the whole,forming for the first time the research results of Weihai’s rural construction from the perspective of trade unions.
