| With the rapid development of information technology,the application of information work platforms in the production and operation of enterprises is becoming more and more common and extensive.In recent years,China Mobile has attached great importance to and continued to promote informatization construction and digital-to-intelligence transformation,and actively promotes the close integration of basic management work with information technology.It is hoped that through the application of information technology,the management level will be optimized and improved to ensure the efficiency of business development.Higher and better quality.However,there are many potential risks in the construction of state-owned enterprise party and government informatization projects.If risk management is ignored or risk management measures are not in place,the construction direction of the project will gradually deviate from the project goal,resulting in the construction results being difficult to meet the actual needs.Risk management of government information projects is of great significance.This paper takes the construction project of the party conduct and clean government work system as a research case,identifies project risks through brainstorming method and Delphi method,and lists the project risk list.After the risk classification and specific risk factors of the project are determined,the risk is qualitatively analyzed,and then all risk factors are evaluated by the AHP method to calculate the relative weight and comprehensive weight ratio of each risk factor.For the identified four types of risks,namely personnel risk,demand risk,management risk,and quality risk,we adopt common risk response methods such as risk avoidance,risk transfer,risk mitigation,and risk acceptance,and formulate specific plans for risk response.Finally,the results of project risk management are summarized to provide reference for risk management of such party and government system construction projects. |
