In the process of our party’s progress from victory to victory,cadre education and training played an important role.Our party is progressing in learning,improving in learning,and achieving great achievements in learning.Historical experience tells us that the education and training of cadres and the development and growth of the party go hand in hand and are inseparable.The more the situation changes and the more the cause of the party develops,the more attention must be paid to the education and training of cadres,A team of high-quality cadres who are diligent and pragmatic,dare to take responsibility,and are honest and honest.However,the capabilities of the existing cadres do not match the requirements of the party and the state in the new era.To further strengthen the education and training of cadres,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the existing cadre training mechanism,identify its deficiencies,and improve them.This paper takes the "five-in-one" cadre training mechanism in X County as the research content,and conducts in-depth research from four aspects: the background of the training method,the formation and operation of the mechanism,the analysis of existing problems and causes,and the improvement of countermeasures,and finds out X The problems existing in the county’s "five-in-one" cadre training and suggestions for improvement were put forward,which provided a complete and effective reference for better strengthening the training effect.The first chapter of the thesis discusses the background of the development of the "five-in-one" cadre training model in X County,and believes that this is the result of the comprehensive requirements of the Party Central Committee,the Provincial Party Committee,the social and economic development of X County,and the self-growth of X County cadres to enhance the ability of cadres.The second chapter discusses the specific content and operation of the mechanism.It is believed that the formation of this mechanism is the results of responding to problems where the existing cadre competencies cannot match the work requirements of the new era under the leadership of the party committee.The mechanism includes five consecutive,integrated and integrated contents of inviting in to speak,sending out to study,sending out to realize,doing practical experience,and sinking to practice.The initial effect of its operation is to improve the cadre’s ideology,work style and corresponding ability.The third chapter discusses the problems existing in the existing training mechanism and the reasons for the problems.The main problems are that the training method and content are single,the training content is inconsistent with the actual situation in the county,the training is not carried out in a hierarchical and classified manner,the participants do not pay enough attention to the thinking,and the assessment and evaluation are mere formalities.These problems are caused by the inadequate guarantee of training funds,the incorrect orientation of training objectives,and the imperfect incentive mechanism,lack of overall planning of training work,and inadequate integration of training resources.To this end,the fourth chapter proposes targeted improvement measures.That is to continuously update the training concept,continuously inovate the training methods,form a correct purpose orientation,improve the training funding guarantee mechanism,build a cadre training demand exploration mechanism,and improve the incentive and constraint mechanism.In the end,this paper believes that the "five-in-one" cadre training mechanism in X County is generally targeted and effective,but there are also some problems in its operation process.Improve methods,which allow the mechanism to operate more efficiently and further enhance the capacity of cadres.At the same time,the research results of this paper can also be used as a reference for cadre training in other counties.
