| In recent years,the aging of the population has become increasingly severe,and community-based care and family care have been unable to meet the needs of the elderly.The institutional care model has gradually become an important part of the elderly care service system.However,at present,the service quality of institutional elderly care in our country generally needs to be improved,and the satisfaction of the elderly living in the elderly is low.It is imperative to effectively improve the service level of institutional elderly care and improve the service satisfaction of institutional elderly care.Therefore,this paper evaluates the satisfaction of the existing institutional elderly care services in Gansu Province,and finds out the problems existing in the process of providing elderly care services and solves them in time,which is conducive to promoting the development of elderly care in Gansu Province.This paper selects three representative elderly care institutions in three cities in Gansu Province as the survey objects,and evaluates the satisfaction of elderly care services in institutions in Gansu Province based on the satisfaction of the elderly living in them.First of all,based on the theory of welfare pluralism and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,the article conducts an in-depth study on the service status of institutional elderly care in Gansu Province,and constructs 19 items from four dimensions: service content,service personnel,environmental facilities and institutional management Evaluation indicators,in order to make a comprehensive evaluation of institutional elderly care services in Gansu Province.Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process,establish the AHP structure hierarchy model and determine the index weights,then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the satisfaction of institutional elderly care services in Gansu Province.The results show that the elderly who live in institutions are rated as "generally satisfied" with institutional elderly care services,indicating that the level of institutional elderly care services in the province needs to be improved.According to the evaluation results,starting from the service content,personnel,environmental facilities and management of the institution,it analyzes the impact on the satisfaction evaluation of elderly care institutions in Gansu Province.Finally,according to the evaluation results and existing problems of elderly care service satisfaction,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the satisfaction of institutional elderly care services in Gansu Province,aiming to lay a good foundation for the development of institutional elderly care services in Gansu Province. |
