Research On Grid Management Of Rural Community In Luozhou Street,Lianjiang City

There are 13 villages in the streets of Lianjiang City,with 115 thousand permanent residents and a large population registered residence in rural areas.With the transformation of economic society,social disputes and disputes are increasing.Policies tend to the grass-roots level and resources are invested in the grass-roots level,which has become an important way for the central government to promote grass-roots social governance.Most traditional management methods of grid management only deal with problems,and grid management mode can find and solve problems in advance.It is one of the important governance methods at the grass-roots level in China and can improve the level of government management.Therefore,the research of this topic is in line with the spirit of the 19th National Congress on innovative social governance.By learning the relevant theoretical knowledge of grass-roots social governance,combing the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,through field research,this paper discusses the shortcomings of the grid construction of rural communities in Luozhou street,Lianjiang City,Zhanjiang City,and puts forward scientific and reasonable solutions to formulate more targeted It provides a reference basis for the effective grid construction of rural communities,and has a certain reference significance for the research on accelerating the innovation of grass-roots social governance mechanism in Lianjiang City.This article uses investigation and research methods and case analysis methods to study the grid management of rural communities in Luozhou Street,Lianjiang City.By selecting three rural communities in Luozhou Sub-district as the research location,and taking the form of a combination of questionnaire distribution and on-site interviews,investigating the grid members and the degree of gridding in Luozhou Sub-district,and deeply digging into the social governance status of Luozhou Sub-district.Have information to fully understand the current situation of grid management in Luozhou Street,identify the main reasons that affect the grid management level of rural communities in Luozhou Street,and study countermeasures and suggestions for solving problems.Based on the experience of grid management in rural communities at home and abroad.this paper researchs the counterplans to stimulate the progress of grid management in rural communities in Luozhou Street,Lianjiang City.The innovation of this paper is that with the continuous development of the grid management model in rural communities,the vast majority of the research on grid management in rural communities by experts and scholars is practical research,but most grid management research is only aimed at For medium and large cities,there is no systematic theoretical research on small cities or community streets.Therefore,the author insists on specific analysis of specific issues,fully understands the actual situation of Luozhou Street,finds the actual problems in its grid management,and puts forward opinions and suggestions are the innovations of this article.
