Research On Optimization Of Social Stability Risk Assessment For Major Construction Projects

Major engineering projects are generally favored by government departments because of their significant macro-benefits,which can effectively promote the economic and social development of a place or a region,but at the same time they will also be resisted because they infringe on the interests of some citizens,leading to contradictions and conflicts,and even lead to The occurrence of mass incidents.As a mechanism characterized by source governance,advance prevention,and scientific decision-making,the social stability risk assessment mechanism has a very effective role in solving social conflicts,improving the passive stability maintenance model,or carrying out scientific and democratic decision-making.,Showing great potential in risk management and crisis resolution.Major engineering projects are the first areas to carry out social stability risk assessment.Although the framework of the relevant social stability risk assessment work mechanism has been basically established,it is still a stage of extensive development in general,whether it is at the level of concept,system design or practical operation.All face some urgent problems to be solved.In this context,it is very useful to do some optimization research on the social stability risk assessment of current major engineering projects.Through studying the literature and materials related to the social stability risk assessment of major engineering projects,the theoretical analysis basis of risk management theory,social combustion theory and deliberative democracy theory was obtained,and then they were applied to the social stability risk assessment case of the rapid transformation project of G Road in X City During analysis.The G-Road rapid transformation project is a key project at the municipal level in X City in 2019.The social stability risk assessment has experienced a process of project rejection-project suspension-project change-acceptance.Through investigation,the comprehensive and detailed information in the process of project stability evaluation has been sorted out.Obtained real and reliable data,carefully analyzed the problems in the social stability risk assessment of major engineering projects in X City,deeply explored the reasons behind the problems,and finally put forward optimization opinions and suggestions.Specifically,this article discusses from six parts:The first part is the introduction,including the research topic background,research significance,research status,research methods and research content.The second part explains the core concepts and theoretical basis.The third part introduces the social stability risk assessment system of major engineering projects in X city through the collected data,and expounds the development history and work framework of the city’s social stability risk assessment.The fourth part shows in detail the whole process of the social stability risk assessment and the results achieved in the rapid reconstruction project of G Road in X City before decision-making.The fifth part deeply analyzes the dilemma and restrictive factors of the social stability risk assessment of the G road rapid transformation project in X city.Finally,opinions and thoughts are given on the optimization of the social stability risk assessment of major engineering projects,in order to promote the continuous optimization and development of the social stability risk assessment mechanism.
