Evaluation And Spatial Differentiation Of Sustainable Livelihood Security In Scenic Area Dependent Communities

In recent years,with the booming development of tourism,the impact of tourism on the livelihood of community residents has been widely concerned.The development of tourism in communities can increase employment opportunities for community residents,expand income sources for residents,and boost the transformation and upgrading of residents’ livelihood.In relatively poor areas,tourism has become an important means to ensure the livelihood security of local community residents,and it is of great significance to promote regional economic development.This article will scenic Yi Tuo Xing community residents for sustainable livelihood security research into xinjiang social stability and the stability of xinjiang strategy pattern,based on the framework of SLS,draw lessons from existing research,trying to clarify the scenic Yi Tuo Xing related concepts of community residents for sustainable livelihood security,with the reality of southern xinjiang region scenic spot Yi Tuo Xing community residents for primary evaluation index system,The evaluation index system of sustainable livelihood security of residents in scenic resort dependent communities in Southern Xinjiang is constructed,which includes livelihood capital,livelihood strategy,livelihood structure and process transformation,and livelihood security results.In order to explore the sustainable livelihood security of tourist-dependent community residents in Southern Xinjiang,this paper selected community residents in and around 11 typical scenic spots in Southern Xinjiang as research objects.Research for sweet princess scenic spot(4A),zip county jin hu scenic spot(5A),the red sea resort(4A),(4A),daolang daolang tribe Hua Xiang(4A),pamir tourist area(5A),Boston scenic area(5A),on the brooke,mo yu city scenic area(5A)(4A),Tuan Cheng scenic area(4A)and kaidu-kongque ancient city(5A),there are 6 4A level scenic spots and 55 A level scenic spots.(1)The overall sustainable livelihood security score of the tourist-dependent community residents in Southern Xinjiang is 3.518,which belongs to the relatively safe level.The livelihood capital score is 3.469,livelihood strategy score is 3.467,livelihood structure and process transformation score is 3.696,and livelihood security result score is 3.573,which all belong to the relatively safe level.(2)The transformation of natural capital,human capital,material capital,financial capital,social capital,livelihood strategy and livelihood structure and process has a significant positive impact on the outcome of livelihood security of community residents.(3)From the perspective of space,there are great differences in the security of sustainable livelihood of residents in the dependent communities in different scenic areas.The scores of sustainable livelihood security of residents in Xiangfei Garden scenic spot,Jinhu Poplar Scenic spot in Zepu County and Red Sea scenic spot ranged from 2.553 to 2.884,belonging to the critical safety level.Daolang Tribe,Daolang Painting Village,Pamir Tourism Area,Bosten Lake Scenic area and Bayanbulak Scenic Area scored between 3.283 and 3.783,belonging to the relatively safe level.Moyu Old Town scenic spot,Tuancheng Scenic spot and Kashgar Ancient City scenic spot scored between 4.083 and 4.556,belonging to the safety level.Among them,the scores of sustainable livelihood security of residents in scenic spots in Kashgar were significantly different,the scores of sustainable livelihood security of residents in the ancient City of Kashgar was the highest,and the scores of sustainable livelihood security of residents in Jinhu Yang was the lowest.(4)scenic spot Yi Tuo Xing obstacle factors for sustainable livelihood security of community residents by 13 main obstacle factor structure,respectively as the main income source of habitat types,ecological environment,level of education,degree of community with convenient transportation,the will of residents choose tourism as a living way,people’s trust in the people around you,cultivated land quality and other factors.Finally,in view of the above research,this paper puts forward to improve livelihood capital,optimizing the structure of livelihood strategy,promote livelihoods and conversion process,pay attention to the advice of livelihood security results,rich southern xinjiang region scenic Yi Tuo Xing community residents for sustainable livelihood security research results,for the scenic spot tourism sustainable development provides practical guidance and decision-making basis.
