Research On The Evaluation And Promotion Of Tourism Public Service Quality In Qinhuangdao City

With the further development of global integration,tourism has become one of the pillar industries of economic development.In recent years,the structure of tourism industry has changed.The competition in tourism industry is no longer limited to a single resource or industry competition.Global tourism has become the main tourism development model.Local governments are increasingly involved in the process of global tourism development.Tourism public services have received extensive attention from all sectors of society and become one of the elements of tourist satisfaction evaluation,The evaluation and analysis of tourism public service quality has also become an important part of scholars’ research.Tourists pay more and more attention to the sense of tourism experience and have a stronger demand for high-quality tourism public services.At present,the quality of tourism public service in Qinhuangdao City needs to be improved,and the contradiction between tourist demand and the supply capacity of tourism public service products is increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent to find out the problems existing in the quality of tourism public service and improve the supply capacity of tourism public service.Under the background of global tourism,this paper evaluates the quality of tourism public service in Qinhuangdao.This paper takes Qinhuangdao tourism public service as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes and summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad,defines the relevant core concepts,and clarifies the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,combined with the current situation of tourism public service in Qinhuangdao and the policies and measures taken for the quality of tourism public service,the analytic hierarchy process of movement is used to build an evaluation system of 16 indicators in four categories: service awareness,service input,service supervision and service ability,and to evaluate the quality of tourism public service in Qinhuangdao.According to the evaluation results,combined with the current situation of tourism public service in Qinhuangdao,this paper analyzes the problems existing in Qinhuangdao’s tourism public service,and deeply excavates the causes of Qinhuangdao’s tourism public service problems,that is,the concept of tourism public service quality management does not keep pace with the times,the supply of tourism public service needs to be improved,the quality supervision system of tourism public service at night has not been established,and there is a lack of reasonable public service system construction planning.In view of the existing problems and causes,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to improve the quality of tourism public services in Qinhuangdao from four aspects: further changing the concept of tourism management,strengthening the supply capacity of tourism public services,improving the comprehensive supervision mechanism of tourism public quality,and scientifically preparing the planning plan of Tourism public services.
