| For a county,a good business environment is directly related to its long-term sustainable development,and government service is one of the key factors to build a good business environment.In recent years,with the goal of creating efficient,convenient and transparent government services,local governments have continuously deepened the implementation of the reform of "decentralization,management and service",gradually steadily improved the capacity and level of government services,and constantly optimized and improved the business environment.Similarly,County B is also actively implementing policies related to government services,and attaches great importance to optimizing the business environment.By investigating and studying the actual situation of government service satisfaction in the process of optimizing the county business environment,this study aims to understand the public’s internal demand and objective evaluation of government service in the process of optimizing the county business environment,which is conducive to understanding the advantages and disadvantages of government service in the process of optimizing the county business environment,simplifying administration and delegating power to local governments,and improving the quality of government service,Provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the public satisfaction of government services.Based on the above situation,the author determined the research topic of influencing factors of government service satisfaction in B County in the process of business environment optimization.This research summarizes the concepts and research status of government service,public satisfaction,business environment and other related concepts through literature review,studies the new public service theory,public goods theory,government and market relationship theory,understands the content related to the factors affecting government service satisfaction in the process of business environment optimization,and combines the author’s relevant work experience,using the literature research method Questionnaires and other research methods were used to explore the influencing factors of government service satisfaction in B County in the process of business environment optimization.First,introduce the research background and significance,and sort out relevant concepts and theories.Secondly,analyze the current situation of B County’s government service in the process of business environment optimization.Then,through the literature research method,we sort out the relevant literature on government service public satisfaction in the process of business environment optimization,and select the variables applicable to the measurement of government service public satisfaction in the process of business environment optimization in County B according to the actual situation.Based on this,we propose research assumptions,and through the design of scientific and reasonable questionnaires,take County B as an example for empirical analysis.This study takes service system,openness and fairness of government affairs,process optimization,service quality,and complaint handling as explanatory variables,and public satisfaction as explanatory variables.Through reliability test,validity test,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and multiple regression analysis,it analyzes data and verifies assumptions.The study found that service system,openness and justice of government affairs,process optimization,service quality,complaint handling,and public satisfaction were significantly positively correlated,and service system,openness and justice of government affairs,process optimization,service quality,and complaint handling had a significant positive impact on public satisfaction.Finally,according to the research conclusion,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from five aspects:improving the service system,improving service functions,promoting the openness of government affairs,creating fair services,focusing on process optimization,unblocking and convenient channels,improving service quality,enhancing service effectiveness,paying attention to complaint handling,and improving customer loyalty. |
