Research On Business Environment Optimization Countermeasures From The Perspective Of Government Governance

Wuhu City is the second largest economy in Anhui Province.In recent years,the economic development of Wuhu City is slowing down.In the province,the gap between Wuhu City and Hefei,the capital of Anhui Province,which has entered the club of trillions of GDP,is widening,and the leading advantage compared with other cities is narrowing.This paper studies the optimization of business environment in Wuhu City from the perspective of government governance,finds out the reasons for the lack of business environment construction in Wuhu City,and puts forward relatively scientific and reasonable policy suggestions based on the experience of advanced regions in the Yangtze River Delta,which will help Wuhu City create a fairer and better business environment at the level of government governance,and also provide some reference for other cities to improve business environment Provide good experience and practice.This paper uses the theory of government governance and public policy to analyze the business environment of Wuhu City,combs the relevant data of business environment of Wuhu City through literature review,and constructs the index system of business environment combined with the actual situation of Wuhu City,and finds out the problems and deficiencies of business environment of Wuhu City by using the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and system analysis.In recent years,Wuhu City has made some achievements in optimizing the business environment.However,on the whole,there are still some problems,such as inaccurate grasp of business environment,unscientific system and mechanism setting,and insufficient support of factor system.Wuhu City needs to accelerate the innovation of system and mechanism,break administrative barriers,accelerate the reform of"deregulation,management and service",further standardize the supervision during and after the event,establish and improve the policy system and policy life cycle system,increase the attraction of talent recruitment,accelerate the improvement of urban space and traffic layout,and effectively improve the business environment level and urban comprehensive competitiveness.
